How is Dicefold different from a regular affiliate network?↓
Most networks are open marketplaces. Anyone can sign up, browse a catalogue, and post links. Dicefold works the other way. We study each side of the network and open access only where a match makes sense, so affiliates spend their time on work that fits their audience and partners reach the people most likely to receive it.
How is this different from a PR firm?↓
PR firms work on earned coverage. They pitch hosts and outlets in exchange for editorial attention. Dicefold is an affiliate model. Our partners set commercial terms with the affiliates we match them with, and everyone involved is open about the arrangement.
Why is access by invitation?↓
Because a smaller, well-matched network is more useful to everyone in it. Affiliates get work that fits their audience. Partners reach audiences with real overlap. Keeping the network small is what makes those matches possible.
What kind of work do you accept?↓
Books, games, films, essays, documentaries, magazines, podcasts and other cultural work made with real care. We look for work built to matter beyond a launch window, from teams who take the craft seriously. If you are unsure whether your work fits, write to us and we will tell you honestly.
What are the commissions and terms?↓
They vary from partner to partner. Every arrangement is worked out between Dicefold, the partner, and the affiliate involved, based on the work, the audience, and what makes sense for both sides. We share the specifics with you once a match is on the table.
Will you change commission terms on me later?↓
No. Commissions are set directly between the partner and you, and Dicefold only works with partners with a track record of honouring the terms they agree to. We vet for that before a match is ever made, and it is one of the reasons the network stays small.
Do you guarantee reach or sales?↓
No, and anyone who does is overselling. What we can promise is careful matching, honest reporting, and affiliates who champion work in their own voice to audiences that trust them. Outcomes depend on the fit and the work itself.
Do affiliates have to promote everything on their roster?↓
Not at all. The roster is a shortlist we think fits your audience. What you champion, when, and how is entirely up to you.
How long does it take to get onto the network?↓
It varies. We usually reply to first messages within a few working days, and a full match, whether you are an affiliate or a partner, typically takes two to four weeks from there. We do not rush the fit.
