A curated affiliate network for ideas-led cultural work

Dicefold

Get paid for work you are proud to share

The books, games, films and ideas we back are built to matter. Some already do. Most will.

What decides the pace is who picks them up and passes them on.

Traditional affiliate models ask you to trade credibility for volume. Dicefold takes a different approach with a smaller, carefully selected catalogue, higher commissions built for the long term, and products you would champion for the quality of the work, not simply the size of the margin.

You champion good work

  • You have run affiliate deals before, but rarely for products you would recommend to a friend.
  • You have watched commissions get cut, terms change, and products you promoted turn out to be junk.
  • You are ready to earn well from a shortlist of products you can stand behind.
  • You run a review site, YouTube channel or newsletter with an audience that trusts what you tell them.
  • You have built a following in a niche you actually care about.

You made work that deserves to travel

  • You are a publisher or imprint releasing books that reward close reading.
  • You are a studio behind a tabletop game with real depth.
  • You are a documentary team looking for audiences that will engage.
  • You are an author, essayist, or filmmaker with new work ready to reach further.
  • You have watched the standard channels fail work that deserved better.

Nothing goes to everyone

Currently working with studios, imprints and documentary teams across four continents.

Dicefold is not a marketplace. Affiliates do not browse shelves or chase deals. We do that work for them, studying each side of the network and opening access only where the fit is real.

Every affiliate ends up with a small, personal roster. Work they would have championed anyway, ready to share with the audience that trusts them.

How a match actually happens

For affiliates
  1. № 01Say hi and drop a link.
  2. № 02We study the fit.
  3. № 03We send you the match.
  4. № 04You promote it your way. We handle attribution and payments.
For partners
  1. № 01Show us your work.
  2. № 02We spend real time with it.
  3. № 03We introduce it to the affiliates whose audiences fit.
  4. № 04The work travels. You see reach and outcomes in one place.

Made by makers

Dicefold was built by studio heads, publishers, and producers who spent years working on cultural products they cared about, and watching too many of them fail to reach the audiences they deserved.

The infrastructure to fix that never existed. So we built it. Dicefold is our attempt to make sure the work worth passing on actually gets passed on, across generations, across categories, across borders.

We also know how the affiliate side of that world works, and how rarely it rewards you for choosing well. Dicefold is built to change that on both sides.

The things people ask

How is Dicefold different from a regular affiliate network?
Most networks are open marketplaces. Anyone can sign up, browse a catalogue, and post links. Dicefold works the other way. We study each side of the network and open access only where a match makes sense, so affiliates spend their time on work that fits their audience and partners reach the people most likely to receive it.
How is this different from a PR firm?
PR firms work on earned coverage. They pitch hosts and outlets in exchange for editorial attention. Dicefold is an affiliate model. Our partners set commercial terms with the affiliates we match them with, and everyone involved is open about the arrangement.
Why is access by invitation?
Because a smaller, well-matched network is more useful to everyone in it. Affiliates get work that fits their audience. Partners reach audiences with real overlap. Keeping the network small is what makes those matches possible.
What kind of work do you accept?
Books, games, films, essays, documentaries, magazines, podcasts and other cultural work made with real care. We look for work built to matter beyond a launch window, from teams who take the craft seriously. If you are unsure whether your work fits, write to us and we will tell you honestly.
What are the commissions and terms?
They vary from partner to partner. Every arrangement is worked out between Dicefold, the partner, and the affiliate involved, based on the work, the audience, and what makes sense for both sides. We share the specifics with you once a match is on the table.
Will you change commission terms on me later?
No. Commissions are set directly between the partner and you, and Dicefold only works with partners with a track record of honouring the terms they agree to. We vet for that before a match is ever made, and it is one of the reasons the network stays small.
Do you guarantee reach or sales?
No, and anyone who does is overselling. What we can promise is careful matching, honest reporting, and affiliates who champion work in their own voice to audiences that trust them. Outcomes depend on the fit and the work itself.
Do affiliates have to promote everything on their roster?
Not at all. The roster is a shortlist we think fits your audience. What you champion, when, and how is entirely up to you.
How long does it take to get onto the network?
It varies. We usually reply to first messages within a few working days, and a full match, whether you are an affiliate or a partner, typically takes two to four weeks from there. We do not rush the fit.
